Home Use Tests

Throughout the nation Spencer Research is able to place products in the homes of individuals or families who meet specific criteria, as established by the client.  All elements, including product delivery, are handled through our Columbus headquarters, which assures accuracy and timeliness throughout the process.

Post trial reactions can be collected in various manners including follow-up interviews through our call centers, or having respondents mail completed questionnaires to our headquarters.  Also, Spencer Research has an online survey component at which respondents may enter their pre-determined username and password, and complete their responses from home.
